Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to dwuh.com and its presentation of artworks, moving-image works, texts, and related studio information.

Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and all laws that apply to you. If you do not agree, do not use the website. The website is intended for a general audience; anyone using it on behalf of an organization represents that they have authority to bind that organization.

Permitted Use

You may view the website and make limited, temporary copies required for ordinary personal, non-commercial browsing. You may not scrape, harvest, mirror, frame, republish, sell, license, train an artificial-intelligence system on, or create derivative datasets from website content without prior written permission.

You must not interfere with security, probe infrastructure, introduce malicious code, overload the service, impersonate another person, conceal an unlawful purpose, or attempt unauthorized access to administrative areas, accounts, databases, or source files.

Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, artworks, photographs, films, animations, audio, texts, captions, designs, trademarks, logos, and the selection and arrangement of website content are owned by or licensed to Dwuh and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No license is granted except the narrow permission to view the website. Editorial, academic, exhibition, commercial, machine-learning, and other reuse requires written authorization and may require separate permission from photographers, performers, composers, venues, or other rights holders.

Communications

Emailing the studio does not create an agency, representation, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or confidential relationship. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, embargoed, or unsolicited creative material unless the studio has first agreed in writing to receive it.

You are responsible for ensuring that information and files you send are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe another person’s rights.

External Services

The website may link to third-party platforms, including social networks. Those services are independent, may collect data under their own terms, and are not controlled or endorsed merely because a link appears here. Accessing them is at your own discretion and risk.

Availability and Changes

The website may be changed, suspended, restricted, or withdrawn without notice. Works, dates, dimensions, materials, credits, availability, and exhibition details may be corrected or updated. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently archived access.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Dwuh disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing on the website is legal, financial, medical, conservation, authentication, valuation, or other professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dwuh and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, revenue, opportunity, reputation, or access arising from use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

General

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms may be revised when the website, studio practices, or applicable requirements change; the effective date identifies the current version.
