GDPR Privacy Notice
Controller and Scope
Dwuh acts as controller for personal data processed through dwuh.com and direct studio communications, except where another party independently determines how and why information is processed. Privacy inquiries may be sent to the address below.
Data and Purposes
Technical connection and security data is processed to deliver, maintain, diagnose, and protect the website. Contact and professional information is processed to respond to inquiries, evaluate proposals, administer permissions, manage projects, preserve appropriate records, and address legal obligations or claims.
Legal Bases
Processing may rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure studio website, communicating about the practice, administering rights, preventing misuse, and maintaining records, balanced against individual rights; steps requested before entering an agreement or performance of an agreement; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where consent is specifically requested.
Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn for future processing without affecting processing already carried out lawfully. Where legitimate interests are relied upon, you may object based on your particular situation.
Recipients and Transfers
Personal data may be available to hosting, security, email, storage, and professional-service providers that support the studio, as well as collaborators or authorities where necessary. Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers are supported by an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, a lawful derogation, or another valid mechanism.
Retention
Data is retained according to purpose, sensitivity, security needs, project and correspondence history, legal requirements, limitation periods, and archival or rights-management needs. Administrative sessions expire after 12 hours. Information is deleted, anonymized, or restricted when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to lawful exceptions.
Your Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability; object to processing; and withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.
Requests may be limited where necessary to protect another person’s rights, freedom of expression and information, legal privilege, intellectual property, archival interests, security, or compliance with law. Identity may be verified before a request is fulfilled.
Automated Decisions
Dwuh does not use personal data from this website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and does not conduct behavioral advertising or visitor profiling.
Required Information
Technical data is necessary to transmit and secure the website. Information requested in correspondence is generally optional, but without enough detail the studio may be unable to answer an inquiry, evaluate a proposal, or complete a requested transaction.
