Privacy Policy

This Policy explains the limited personal information processed when you visit dwuh.com, contact the studio, or use an authorized administrative account.

Scope and Controller

Dwuh is responsible for the processing described in this Policy. It covers dwuh.com and communications sent to the studio. Third-party websites reached through external links apply their own privacy practices.

Information Collected

Ordinary visits may generate technical records such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, response status, browser or device information, referrer, and security events. Hosting and content-delivery providers may process these records to deliver and protect the website.

If you contact the studio, we process the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, message, attachments, project information, and correspondence history. The public website does not currently offer visitor accounts, checkout, payment, newsletter signup, comments, or a contact form.

Authorized administrators use a strictly necessary signed session cookie. Administrative credentials and database secrets are not intended to be exposed to public visitors or stored in public client code.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; respond to inquiries; evaluate proposals; manage rights and permissions; maintain records; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. Depending on context, processing is based on legitimate interests, steps requested before a possible agreement, performance of an agreement, compliance with law, or consent where consent is specifically requested.

Disclosure

Information may be handled by hosting, infrastructure, security, email, storage, and professional-service providers acting for the studio; by collaborators where needed for a request; or by authorities and other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or establish or defend legal claims.

Dwuh does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The website does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics.

Retention

Technical logs are retained according to operational, security, and provider schedules. Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, project history, rights administration, legal compliance, dispute handling, or archival integrity. Administrative sessions expire after 12 hours. Data may be retained longer when required by law or necessary for legal claims.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to limit unauthorized access, including encrypted transport, restricted administration, secure session settings, and separation of public code from server credentials. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

International Processing

Infrastructure and recipients may be located in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate mechanisms are used by the relevant controller or service provider.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures. Rights may be limited by identity verification, legal exceptions, freedom of expression, archival interests, intellectual-property rights, or the rights of others.

To make a request, email the address below with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and identify the right you wish to exercise. Do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate verification process. You may also complain to the competent privacy or data-protection authority.

Children

The website is not directed to children and does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the studio so the situation can be reviewed.

Updates

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the website, providers, studio practices, or law. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, an additional notice.
