In the preceding 12 months, the website may have collected identifiers such as IP address and contact details; internet or electronic network activity such as requests, browser information, and security logs; professional information voluntarily included in an inquiry; and correspondence content. Dwuh does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through public website features.

These categories are used to deliver and secure the website, respond to communications, evaluate projects, administer permissions, prevent abuse, keep appropriate records, and comply with law. Retention follows the criteria described in the Privacy Policy.

Sources and Recipients

Information comes directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from infrastructure used to deliver the website. It may be disclosed for business purposes to hosting, security, email, storage, and professional-service providers, or as legally required. Categories disclosed depend on the service performed.

No Sale or Sharing

Dwuh does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Dwuh has no actual knowledge that it sells or shares personal information of consumers under 16. No financial incentive is offered in exchange for personal information.

California Rights

Subject to applicability and legal exceptions, California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; access information about sources, purposes, and recipients; request deletion; request correction; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Because Dwuh does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is currently no sale or sharing to opt out of. If these practices change, legally required opt-out methods—including recognition of applicable opt-out preference signals—will be provided.

Submitting a Request

Send an email with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line and state the right you wish to exercise. Requests will be acknowledged and answered within the periods required by applicable law. Only information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority will be requested.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted. The studio may require proof of authorization and may ask the consumer to verify identity or confirm the request directly, subject to applicable exceptions.

Scope

The CCPA applies only when statutory thresholds and other requirements are met. Dwuh provides this notice for transparency and does not represent that every CCPA provision applies to every interaction. Other California privacy laws and generally applicable rights may also apply.
