Refund and Returns Policy

At Dwuh, we care about your experience and strive to provide high-quality products and services. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and order issues for both digital and physical products.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made through https://dwuh.com, including digital files and physical items.

2. Digital Products

Digital items (downloads, templates, images, etc.) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once the file is accessed or delivered, all sales are final.

If you experience technical issues, contact us within 7 days. We’ll assist with troubleshooting or re-delivery.

3. Physical Products – Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for eligible items if:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Order confirmation is provided

  • The product is not a final sale or custom-made item

4. Return Procedure

To request a return, email [email protected] with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable). We’ll respond within 3 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Use trackable shipping—we are not liable for lost returns.

5. Refunds

After receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

7. Custom or Personalized Items

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless damaged or produced incorrectly.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement

  • Contact your provider

  • If unresolved, email us with your order details

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items

  • Limited editions marked as final sale
